I suffer from back pain and have for several years. What I like to do for relief is to use counter pressure by having my 7 years old daughter walk on my back. You would think this would be painful, but when she walks up and down on my spine, and makes my back pop, I just feel better. She is gentle and seems to have a real talent for it.
