The Benefits of Using a Natural Acne Cure
There are many benefits that can be gained from using a natural acne cure, and so if you are one of the many people who suffer from acne, you can at least rest assured in knowing that you do not necessarily have to use some sort of medication, but rather you can use a natural acne cure and get rid of your acne this way.
What is a Natural Acne Cure?
Basically a natural acne cure is anything that helps to treat acne but which is not prescribed and which is not any form of medication; nature has a way of healing the body and this is a very powerful way at that, and in fact, when it comes to treating your acne, a natural acne cure actually may be the only possible and successful solution.
There are a number of select herbs and plant extracts that offer your skin natural antioxidants such as: burdock root, green tea, Irish moss, kelp, olive leaf extract, walnut seed extract, witch hazel, sage, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin E, vitamin K, balm mint, chamomile, linden flower, grape seed, and pine bark.
As well, if you have done your research, then you know that a build-up of excess oil on your skin and in your pores are an incredibly major contributing factor to acne in general, and so you need to make sure that you take good care of your skin and that you try to remove as much as the oil as possible at all times; try not to wear oily makeup and also do not eat greasy foods.
If you maintain a healthy diet and remember to get a proper amount of physical activity, then you will truly see the difference this makes not only in regards to your skin, but also to your body in general. You will lose weight, tone up, and basically feel better all over.

I can vouch for green tea and witch hazel for acne cures. I drink a cup of green tea every morning, and wash my face with witch hazel every night before bed, and I have not had an outbreak of acne in months! Even through the stress of a break up and college finals, nothing! This really does work! Thanks for sharing the other things too, I never tried them, but I have faith they would work too!
I know there is witch hazel and chamomile in many of the products I use and I think they do help. But I wonder if anyone can tell me more about Olive Leaf and how it would help. I thought it was a natural antibiotic. Is that why? Also, I wonder if there is a difference with where on my body the acne appears.
When I was in my teens I had real bad acne. My mums friend came to visit and saw my condition and suggested I used this potion call ‘noony’. I never heard of it before but she swore by it and said it was good for curing everything. I was that desperate I decided to try it. It smells absolutely awful but it really did the trick.
