If you must work under the sun during these hours, wear protected garments like look sleeve shirts and wide brim hat. You should also apply generous amount of sun block on your skin. Sun block can help prevent skin burning and premature skin aging. It can also help prevent certain types of skin cancers.

Drink at least one liter of water daily to keep yourself healthy. Aside from water, you may also drink fresh fruit juices daily. Blend different types of fresh fruits and drink it throughout the day. On the other hand, you should avoid drinking alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are not good for your health.

  1. Therese W. Kidwell Says:

I just recently turned 40 and I only look like I am 30. People are always asking me how I manage to stay so young looking. I usually exfoliate my skin once a week, and I avoid alcohol and smoking, both of those habits can really damage your skin, (and your insides!) A good vitamin E cream will also do wonders for getting rid of tale-tale wrinkles.
