Somewhere, I read that the signs for heart problems for women are different. In men, I know it has something to do with the left arm hurting, but I cannot remember the specifics. Could anyone shed some light on this?

I too have a family history of heart disease and high blood pressure. I know my weight has been an issue and I need to work at that. I think I'm going to have to come back to this website and check some more, because I don't seem to find the time or the motivation to stick to an exercise program.

Heart Disease runs in my family. Most all of my relatives on both sides of my family have suffered from it, and it really scares me to think that I might be at high risk. I have noticed as i get older that my heart feels weaker somehow, so I have started really taking this seriously and watching what I eat and trying to find new ways to exercise. Please everyone don't take your heart for granted, someone out there will miss you if you do!
