If students are not motivated, they will end up not listening and not paying attention in school, and many even end up dropping out because they start to feel too overwhelmed or they just don’t care. Well the biggest problem here is because they are lacking in motivation, and they don’t realize how important and worth it staying in school really is.

This is why we need to work on increasing student motivation, and as parents that means that you need to take the first step. Of course teachers are always motivating students to learn, but they are not the primary adults in a child’s life, and therefore are not the ones that are going to be able to offer the most influence.
